I don't want to repeat the positive claims made in the other reviews but recommend you take the time to read them all. Based on our experience, they're all true! The owner is very accomodating and attentive to your needs. He is genuine and strives for TOTAL guest satisfaction. That's the difference, he truly views your stay as being his guest and will do whatever he reasonably can to ensure your stay is pleasant and without incident. The cabin is very clean, tastefully decorated, and needs no repairs. An information binder is provided with generous information on local activities, maps, diners, and step-by-step instructions for all electronics (Satellite, DVR, TV, etc.). This cabin should exceed most people's needs for that much desired getaway. This was a very satisfying stay for us and unless we need more room or additional amenities, we won't need to shop around. Believe the positive feedback about this cabin and the owner - it's true!

I was looking for a nice cabin for my husband and myself to get away for some quiet time. This cabin provided everything we needed to have some time to relax together. The listing description was accurate. The cabin was just as shown in the pictures. The owner was very helpful and detailed w/everything. Thanks.

The property was lovely. The cabin was very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and had everything the descriptions and pictures claimed. The owners were wonderful people to rent from. We contacted 7 possible rentals places for our vacation, and this was the only one to reply in a quick and efficient manner. The owners kept constant contact, were warm, kind, and just wonderful people to deal with. The cabin itself was cozy. There were five of us, and we all fit just fine. Everything we could need was supplied. The location was gorgeous even during late November. It is a little remote as far as bigger towns and shopping, but otherwise perfect for a quiet getaway.
Amazing and relaxing getaway

I decided, last minute, that this mama needed a getaway! After a year of changing dirty diapers, and two years without a vacation, I wanted to go somewhere alone where I could relax, make a fire, and read. Ken & Dianne's cabin fit the bill perfect, and then some. Before I even left for the cabin, I talked to Ken on the phone and he is super helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. He knows the Celina area inside and out and has tons of helpful suggestions for things to do. However, my only needs were hammock, wood-burning fireplace, and a bed. When I arrived at the cabin, it was night and Ken made sure someone came over and turned on the heat and lights for me. Let me tell you, the cabin is even more adorable in person. It has a HUGE front porch with a swing and some rocking chairs. The inside of the cabin was SPOTLESS. I am serious, not even a speck of dust anywhere. Immaculate! Ken had lots of wood in the back so I immediately built an awesome fire. There is a book explaining how to work everything in the house, which was very helpful. *Sidenote* I traveled here alone and felt very safe. It isn't super secluded - there are neighbors all around, but it still feels "secluded". It's hard to explain, it's just very peaceful and it's nice that there are people around, I actually liked that more than I thought I would. My weekend was amazing. The bathroom has a great shower, and an awesome jacuzzi tub. I read in the hammock and ended up falling asleep in it! At night, I read by the fire or sat on the porch and just listened to the crickets and the silence. The cabin also has every cooking item you would ever need - Crockpot, microwave, newer stove, toaster, etc. All in all, my stay was an A+ and I've been recommended this cozy cabin to everyone since. I plan on returning soon with my family so they can enjoy the magic of Log-N-Time. If you have any doubts about this place, just give Ken a call and he will honestly tell you if the place is right for what you're looking for. Thanks Ken and Dianne! Can't wait to return...

I really like the fact that the reservations are handled by the owner. It makes it so much more personal. Ken was so helpful from the first time I contacted him. From our conversations I could tell that he really cares and does whatever he can to make sure you enjoy your stay....It's not just "business". The first thing I noticed when I stepped in the door was the Fresh, Clean smell. The decor makes you feel right-at-home. There's a booklet they have made w/ step by step instructions on how to operate everything in the cabin from the TV to turning on the stove. There's also maps of the area which was extremely helpful since this was our first trip. The lake & surrounding areas were absolutely gorgeous this time of year and the people we came in contact with were very friendly. Ken & Dianne have thought of everything!!!!! My husband & I thank you so much for helping make this the "PERFECT VACATION"

Ken was so wonderful to work with. Our family was looking for a last minute (day of) get away for me to reoup from a surgery, my husband loves to fish Dale Hollow and always puts in at Holly Creek SO I cam across Ken's listing. It was like asking family to stay at their cabin, warm friendly and we needed nothing. I felt comfortable and truly felt like I was staying at our family cabin. I LOVED the neighbors, now some people don't like to be around anyone, but this is "secluded" in that you are not right on the parking lot (some of the other cabins in this area are IN parking lots) this is a a friendly road, it was like being at home. I LOVED the hammock and dodging from acorns you don't get that downtown Nashville anymore. I will be back again if Ken will have us! Thanks for working it out so we could stay another night too!
