This West Shore Rangeley renovated lakefront Cottage is located in the beautiful Rangeley Lakes Region just steps from Rangeley Lake with great views of the mountains. Dine inside or enjoy a picnic or BBQ on deck or picnic table on the lawn lakeside. Enjoy a large lawn area, dock and great sandy beach with small private and protected swimming area. Rest on the deck or join your friends and family and play at the sandy beach in front of your home away from home. Summer visitors enjoy boating or fishing from the dock while Winter vacationers enjoy snowmobiling directly onto the lake from the front yard. Early risers are treated to beautiful sunrises. The first floor contains a large kitchen with eating area, living room with large windows overlooking the lake and the deck, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a washer and dryer for the renters use.
Camp is with in short walking distance from Village of the Oquossoc and 8miles distance to the Rangeley. Boating, Swimming, Snowmobiling, Biking and Fishing from door step while golfing, hiking, skiing , shopping and antiquing near by . Numerous finest restaurants and great shops are located near by for sight seeing else explore at rainy days. Enjoy best boating and fishing directly from snowmobiling and dock, also cross country ski directly on to lake in winters. Near by towns of the Rangeley features shops and restaurants also the museums, movies and library .
In summer months, enjoy large variety of festivals and art offerings. Enjoyable activities and fun programs are designed for small kids , Eco Venture , Guide ,Sportsmen and Rangeley Public Library . Alpine , cross country skiing, ice hockey and horse back riding are available with in short drive from town .

Deposits: Stated rates are for 8 persons. A deposit of 50% will be due immediately with the final 50% due 90 days before arrival. The deposit will be returned if the reservation is canceled at least 90 days before arrival. Should the renter find that they will be unable to use the reserved time, the deposit will be returned less $175. If I am able to rerent the reserved weeks, I will return all but $75.

Other Fees: All reservations will also include a $400 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned within 21 days of the last day of the stay should everything be as it was found and no damage or loss is detected.
